Senior BPM Engineer / Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior BPM Engineer / Systems Analyst to design, implement, and maintain advanced business process automation solutions. You will work on customer‑support workflows, leveraging Camunda 8, AI‑driven tools, and modern integration technologies to deliver scalable, high‑quality automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement BPMN processes and DMN decision tables in Camunda 8 for both new initiatives and ongoing improvements.
• Configure and maintain prompts and logic in no‑code AI platforms, including voice‑bot call flows and LLM classifiers.
• Support, debug, and continuously improve active automation scenarios in production environments.
• Integrate processes with internal and external systems using REST APIs, JSON, and message brokers such as Kafka.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and analytics teams to align automation with business goals.
• Champion emerging technologies, AI integrations, and a culture of automation across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with production BPM engines, including end‑to‑end design and deployment of executable BPMN/DMN processes.
• Proven experience with Camunda 7 or 8 in a production setting.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and FEEL.
• Experience integrating services via REST API, JSON, and Kafka.
• Interest in modern AI/LLM solutions for business‑process integration.
• Ability to gather and clarify technical requirements independently and work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
