Receptionist – Front Desk Host

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at LPM Restaurant & Bar in Limassol. You will ensure a warm welcome and smooth flow from reservation to dining, supporting the front‑of‑house team.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage reservations, coordinate table allocation and guest flow with the floor team.
• Handle phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information about the restaurant.
• Maintain a tidy and polished reception area that reflects LPM standards.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff and management to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail, professional appearance and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with reservation systems such as SevenRooms or OpenTable (a plus).
