NOC Technician – On‑Site (Cyprus)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, analytical NOC Technician to join our Network Operations Center in Cyprus. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery for our messaging customers, monitor business‑critical systems, and contribute ideas to improve processes and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 24x7 NOC, handling monitoring, alerting, incident resolution and problem management.
• Coordinate responses during major service interruptions and keep clients informed.
• Provide timely, courteous responses to customers and suggest improvements using an “error‑learn‑correct” approach.
• Continuously adjust work methods to meet defined KPIs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT support or messaging routing experience.
• 2+ years of B2B support experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Fluent English; additional Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
