Financial Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our international iGaming technology provider in Limassol. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations across multiple entities, supporting the company’s growth and ensuring compliance with global financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance and accounting activities for all company entities.
• Prepare P&L forecasts and support monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors, providing required documentation.
• Support VAT reporting and other finance‑related compliance processes.
• Handle invoicing, monitor incoming and outgoing payments, and perform bank and payment‑system reconciliations.
• Monitor balances, manage withdrawals and top‑ups, and execute operational payments.
• Analyze financial and transactional data using Excel.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payments, and Reconciliation teams to improve and automate processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise cash flow and profitability.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, P&L, journal entries and accruals.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in a Big Four, iGaming, or international company is a strong advantage.
• ACC​A qualification or ongoing ACC​A studies is a plus.
