Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, increasing client retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value within the Forex trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and retain existing clients through proactive communication.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote company products and services effectively.
• Handle client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor client activity and ensure high engagement levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Forex retention.
• Fluent in any of the languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of Forex markets and trading concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with MT4/MT5 platforms.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term client relationships.
