Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on‑site team in Larnaca, Cyprus. In this role you will deliver high‑quality support to our gaming platform users, handling inquiries through phone, email and live chat while maintaining a professional and customer‑focused attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance via phone, email and live chat.
• Handle account‑related, technical and platform queries, including password resets and payment issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and offer clear, solution‑oriented guidance.
• Document interactions accurately and update case information.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and attendance targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
• Fluent English.
• Completed secondary education.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Friendly, reliable and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Clean criminal record.
• Willingness to relocate to and work on‑site in Larnaca, Cyprus.
