Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our client’s support team in Larnaca, Cyprus. The role involves being the first point of contact for players of an international gaming platform, delivering assistance through phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to customers in Danish via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist with account, payment, technical and platform‑related inquiries.
• Handle password resets, account management and general requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer clear solutions.
• Record interactions accurately and escalate complex cases to internal teams.
• Meet targets for quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and attendance.

Required profile

• Fluent Danish (C1 level or higher) and strong English communication skills.
• Secondary education completed.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using technology.
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking and interpersonal abilities.
• Calm and effective in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clean criminal record and willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
