Norwegian‑Speaking Customer Service Representative (On‑site, Larnaca)

About the role

We are looking for a native or fluent Norwegian speaker to join our on‑site customer support team in Larnaca, Cyprus. The role involves assisting gaming platform users through phone, email and live chat, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to Norwegian‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Handle account‑related, technical and platform inquiries, including password resets and payment issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and deliver clear, solution‑oriented guidance.
• Document interactions accurately and escalate complex cases to internal teams.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, customer‑satisfaction and attendance targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Norwegian (minimum C1) and fluent English.
• Completed secondary education.
• Previous customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, friendly and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Clean criminal record.
• Willingness to relocate to Larnaca and work on‑site.
