Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand Vantage’s network of Introducing Brokers and strategic partners across the Forex and fintech ecosystem. You will own the end‑to‑end partner lifecycle, from prospecting and acquisition to activation, growth and retention, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Forex and CFD markets.
• Acquire, onboard, manage and grow partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and other strategic partners.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners aligned with company growth targets.
• Support partners with tailored marketing, enablement and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, compliance, product and support teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and ongoing performance.
• Represent Vantage at industry events, expos and conferences to expand the network and strengthen brand visibility.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of proven experience in the CFDs/Forex industry in a partnership or business development role.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in meeting acquisition, volume and revenue targets.
• Existing network of Introducing Brokers or affiliate partners is a strong plus.
• Multilingual proficiency and experience in emerging markets is advantageous.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data‑driven decision making.
