Business Development Manager

About the role

Waibee is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive its go‑to‑market strategy in the iGaming and AI sectors. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will own the full sales cycle, generate pipeline, and build strategic partnerships that directly impact company revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage an outbound pipeline using LinkedIn, email outreach, networking and conferences.
• Operate CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) to track opportunities, forecast revenue and maintain accurate sales data.
• Explain complex AI products—including LLM routers, DLP, CLI, SWE agents and ACP—to non‑technical audiences.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and handle objections throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in SaaS, AI, iGaming or related technology companies.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals from first contact to contract, with sales cycles of 30‑90 days and contract values of $10K+ per month.
• Experience attending industry conferences and exhibitions for lead generation.
• Upper‑intermediate English and fluent Russian.
• Background in startups or early‑stage products and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or comparable CRM) proficiency.
• Knowledge of AI platforms, LLM routers, DLP, CLI, SWE agents and ACP.
