Commercial Lead for Cyprus & Bulgaria

About the role

Swissport is seeking a Commercial Lead to drive sales and commercial activities across Cyprus and Bulgaria. The role focuses on revenue growth, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with Swissport’s policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary commercial contact for Cyprus and Bulgaria, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Develop and manage account plans, sales forecasts, budgets and monitor performance against targets.
• Lead RFPs, tenders, pricing negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable business.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and commercial reporting while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Aviation Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, sales, account management or aviation‑related roles.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyse financial KPIs and drive profitable growth.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
