Customer Service Representative - Native Greek Speakers

About the role

We are seeking a native Greek‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join SkillOnNet’s iGaming support team. You will be the first point of contact for players, handling inquiries via web‑chat, email and phone, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable gaming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers in Greek and English, providing accurate information.
• Deliver high‑quality support with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Resolve product and service issues on first contact, following up to confirm resolution.
• Handle inquiries through web‑chat, email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
• Escalate complex cases and investigate player concerns thoroughly.
• Promote the “Safer Gaming” philosophy and stay up‑to‑date on rules, processes and licensing requirements.
• Participate in onboarding programs and contribute to team targets.

Required profile

• Native Greek speaker with proficient English.
• Customer‑service experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.
• Strong communication, active listening and the ability to adapt to diverse player personalities.
• Ability to work under pressure with accountability and conscientiousness.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Touch typing.
