VIP Trainer – Onboarding & Development

About the role

CoreStar is looking for a VIP Trainer to lead onboarding, training, and development initiatives for teams serving premium customers. You will design engaging learning experiences, monitor performance, and foster continuous improvement to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for VIP‑facing teams.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials and learning resources.
• Assess employee performance, provide coaching, and give constructive feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted development plans.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.
• Monitor training outcomes and support continuous learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated skill in creating and delivering training programs.
• Coaching mindset with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Analytical approach to evaluating training effectiveness.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
