Video Production Specialist

About the role

Exness is looking for a Video Production Specialist to join its Marketing Division in Limassol, Cyprus. You will own the full lifecycle of video creation, delivering high‑impact visual narratives that reinforce the brand and support global retention strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑production, production and post‑production for global video projects, including brand films, educational content and social‑media campaigns.
• Direct and execute high‑quality cinematography, lighting, and sound recording to maintain a world‑class aesthetic.
• Develop specialized video workstreams aligned with company strategy to drive client engagement and long‑term trader activity.
• Create video frameworks for influencers and ambassadors, enabling authentic storytelling.
• Ensure 100% adherence to global brand protection guidelines across every frame.
• Perform rigorous technical quality control on all video outputs.
• Identify and implement new production technologies and AI‑driven editing tools to increase velocity and creativity.
• Utilise project‑management platforms such as Jira, Miro and Figma to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end video production within a fast‑paced, brand‑focused environment.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple global projects.
• Strong visual storytelling sensibility and a commitment to brand consistency.

Required skills

• Cinematography and lighting techniques.
• Sound recording and audio engineering.
• Professional video editing and metadata optimisation.
• AI‑driven editing tools, generative AI workflows (AI image generation, text‑to‑video, image‑to‑video, node‑based workflows, prompt engineering, photorealistic rendering).
• Project‑management tools: Jira, Miro, Figma.
