Trainee / Junior Lawyer – Data Privacy & Digital Team

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee/Junior Lawyer to join PwC’s Data Privacy & Digital Team in Nicosia. You will support data protection and privacy projects while gaining exposure to cybersecurity, AI and technology law for local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with GDPR and data‑privacy compliance projects.
• Support the preparation and review of privacy policies, notices and agreements.
• Conduct legal research on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI and digital regulation.
• Help draft legal advice, reports, presentations and training materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to client updates and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently awarded an LLB (Law Degree) from a recognised university.
• Additional qualifications (LLM, LPC, or postgraduate in Data Protection, Technology or related law) are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of data‑protection and privacy law and a keen interest in technology, cybersecurity and AI.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Greek.
• High sense of responsibility, professionalism and integrity, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical, legal research and drafting skills, and the ability to work independently or within a multidisciplinary team.
