Trading Platforms Business/System Analyst

About the role

IC Markets is seeking a Trading Platforms Business/System Analyst to shape FinTech innovation. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring seamless integration of trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, and the in‑house solution.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and elicit business and system requirements for platform integration services.
• Conduct workshops and interviews with product owners, vendors, and internal squads.
• Analyse and document existing (AS‑IS) processes and define future (TO‑BE) states.
• Design business flows, data mapping, and system boundaries for integration projects.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, guides, and user manuals.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and stakeholder validation to ensure data accuracy, stability, and compliance.
• Communicate changes and act as liaison between business teams, vendors, and technical teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of how trading platforms operate and integrate with broker ecosystems (client area, website, back‑office).
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to identify gaps, propose improvements, and support development estimations.
