Technical Project Manager – Cloud Platform

About the role

JetBrains is building an AI‑native platform that unifies developer workflows, team collaboration, and organizational control. As a Technical Project Manager you will steer complex, cross‑functional initiatives that shape the JetBrains Cloud Platform, working closely with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate platform initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Align multiple teams and stakeholders around shared goals, timelines, and outcomes.
• Support planning and execution, helping teams move ideas into production.
• Track progress, manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Identify and implement improvements to delivery and collaboration practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in product‑ or platform‑focused teams.
• Ability to run several parallel initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Structured, outcome‑oriented thinking with a "get it done" mindset.
• Comfort with complex technical systems and solid understanding of software development processes.
• Fluency in English.
