Technical Expert

About the role

Join Kotsovolos as a Technical Expert, managing inbound and outbound communication with customers, suppliers, and external technical departments. You will coordinate technical support requests and ensure timely resolution within a 24‑hour SLA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communication with customers, suppliers, and external technical departments.
• Coordinate and administrate technical support requests, ensuring accurate information and proper follow‑up.
• Provide end‑to‑end support management, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle customer complaints, identify solutions, and communicate technical rationale.
• Maintain accurate records and apply troubleshooting skills for efficient issue resolution.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic technical knowledge.
• Experience with Dynamics or similar business systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities to meet SLA commitments.
• Effective communication and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment with customers, suppliers, and technical partners.
