Talent Sourcer

About the role

JetBrains is looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join its Recruitment team. You will help identify and engage top talent for QA, Support, Security, and Infrastructure teams, contributing to the company’s growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define and execute sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pools across multiple channels and locations.
• Provide a positive, transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure the internal recruitment system contains accurate and up‑to‑date data.
• Share market insights and sourcing best practices with the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or research.
• Strong communication skills and a candidate‑experience mindset.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with candidates.
• Experience designing sourcing strategies for diverse roles and regions, especially Europe.
• Passion for discovering exceptional talent with creativity and determination.
• Solid understanding of the IT market or similarly skilled industries.
• Fluent English and experience working in global environments.
• Familiarity with diversity sourcing programs.
