Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

SFORS is a proprietary trading company looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its office in Larnaca, Cyprus. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of corporate roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities and provide guidance.
• Source, attract, interview and assess candidates using a structured approach.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and employer branding.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to support hiring decisions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (B2+) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Fluent Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
• Good understanding of the Cyprus labour market, hiring practices and employment legislation.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate‑assessment abilities.
• Proactive, well‑organised and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes while maintaining high quality.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine interest in developing as a recruitment professional.
