Talent Acquisition Manager – International Recruiting

About the role

Join Torrero, a fast‑growing iGaming and payments provider, as a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Cyprus. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for international and Russian‑speaking markets, supporting the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for global and Russian‑language talent pools.
• Post vacancies on local and international job boards and conduct structured interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business areas.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in IT, Fintech or Digital Marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies independently.
• High ownership, proactivity and decision‑making capability.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
