Systems Engineer – Nicosia

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Systems Engineer to design, implement and support modern IT infrastructure solutions for our clients in Nicosia. You will work closely with experienced engineers and customers, gaining exposure to infrastructure design, cloud technologies and system optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and support servers, virtualization, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers and internal teams.
• Identify customer needs and develop practical technical solutions.
• Participate in system installations, upgrades and migrations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, including root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure system availability, performance and security best practices.
• Produce clear technical documentation and collaborate on internal tool improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems or IT engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments.
• Basic understanding of virtualization, networking or storage technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
