Strategy & Operations Manager

About the role

TradingView is building a small, high‑impact Strategy & Operations team inside the CEO/COO Office. The manager will tackle ambiguous, high‑visibility business problems, turn data into actionable insights, and drive end‑to‑end solutions that improve cost efficiency, vendor economics, payments, and overall operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex, ill‑defined business problems, formulate hypotheses, and design analytical frameworks.
• Dive deep into data and processes to uncover root causes rather than treating symptoms.
• Quantify financial and operational impact, model scenarios, and evaluate potential solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering and other functions to implement improvements.
• Develop decision‑support tools and practical models from imperfect data sets.
• Leverage Claude and other AI tools to accelerate research, automate analysis, and build repeatable workflows.
• Drive initiatives through implementation and measure actual outcomes against targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in top‑tier strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or a strong analytical role at a high‑growth technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on ambiguous problems with limited direction.
• Advanced user of AI tools, capable of creating scalable, automated processes.
• Strong quantitative mindset and comfort working with large, messy data sets.
