Site Civil Engineer

About the role

MODODOMUS is looking for a Site Civil Engineer to manage daily construction activities at its new Cyprus site. You will ensure that all works follow approved plans, quality standards, project timelines, and local regulations while collaborating closely with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Execute construction works according to approved plans and MODODOMUS quality standards.
• Follow all Cyprus building regulations, safety rules, and permit requirements.
• Maintain high workmanship quality and promptly report any issues or defects.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Keep the site safe, clean, and compliant with Health & Safety legislation.
• Handle materials and equipment responsibly, reporting shortages or damages.
• Complete tasks on time and support overall project scheduling.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in a construction or production environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction methods.
• Knowledge of construction materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Understanding of Cyprus building regulations.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety standards.
