SEO Strategist

About the role

Mayflower, a technology company building large‑scale entertainment platforms, is looking for an experienced SEO Strategist to join its Growth team in Limassol. You will shape on‑site, link‑building and Generative Engine Optimization strategies to drive traffic and visibility across AI‑driven search experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing assets, identify content gaps, semantic opportunities and structural improvements for on‑site SEO.
• Design and execute high‑impact link‑building acquisition strategies that build genuine authority.
• Develop Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tactics to capture visibility in AI‑generated search experiences such as SGE and ChatGPT.
• Collaborate with Onsite and Linkbuilding Team Leads to validate concepts and present roadmaps to the C‑suite.
• Act as SEO subject‑matter expert in weekly operations meetings, guiding the team and troubleshooting roadblocks.
• Monitor performance trends using Google Search Console and third‑party tools, measuring traffic impact and visibility growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an SEO Strategist with a proven portfolio of measurable growth initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience designing and executing worldwide SEO strategies.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work with operational leads and senior stakeholders.
• Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate.
