SEO Specialist

About the role

CoreStar is looking for an SEO Specialist to lead link‑building initiatives across multiple European markets. You will own strategy and execution of diversified link acquisition campaigns, coordinate with external agencies and freelancers, and drive measurable improvements in search visibility and organic performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive link‑building strategies, including outreach, Web 2.0, crowd links and other diversified link types.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers to scale acquisition efforts.
• Lead and support distributed teams to achieve SEO objectives.
• Apply technical and webmaster expertise to optimise site performance and search visibility.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance SEO workflows.
• Plan and manage geo‑targeted SEO campaigns across European markets and local languages.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional SEO experience with a focus on link building.
• Proven success managing link‑building campaigns and external vendor relationships.
• Strong technical and webmaster background.
• Experience with geo‑targeted SEO across European markets, including familiarity with local languages.
• Demonstrated ability to work with distributed or remote teams.
