SEO Specialist

About the role

Mayflower, a technology company creating large‑scale entertainment products for a global audience, is seeking an SEO Specialist. You will help grow organic search visibility, improve website performance in search engines, and support long‑term traffic growth across key initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, analyse search intent, SERP structure and competitor performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize existing pages and provide SEO recommendations for titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure and content.
• Develop SEO briefs, keyword maps and content guidelines to support content planning.
• Identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, page speed and internal linking.
• Monitor and report on organic performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog.
• Spot CRO opportunities from organic traffic and contribute to conversion improvement initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
• Create wireframes and basic designs in Figma, plan site structure and prepare landing pages.
• Implement structured data and schema markup.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience covering on‑page, technical and content optimisation.
• Experience with international or multilingual SEO.
• Native or fluent Russian and English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proactive mindset with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
