Senior/Assistant Manager – Financial Accounting Advisory Services

About the role

Join EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team to help leading organisations across Cyprus and internationally navigate complex accounting, financial reporting, sustainability and finance transformation challenges. You will work with CFOs, finance directors and senior leadership on high‑profile projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IFRS accounting and financial reporting advisory.
• Improve corporate reporting and governance processes.
• Deliver ESG and sustainability reporting and assurance engagements, including limited assurance.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, process improvements and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Handle technical accounting matters, reporting quality reviews and disclosure assessments.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, accounting advisory, ESG reporting, assurance or finance transformation.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity and passion for solving complex business challenges.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
