Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

VBET is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across its international footprint. You will manage both non‑technical and technical vacancies, supporting teams in Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, Legal, Compliance and more. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work with hiring managers in Europe, Brazil, Ukraine and Armenia.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, ensuring high quality of hire and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing, networking and market research, especially in international markets.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights and shape hiring strategies.
• Deliver a professional, engaging candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage operational tasks related to the hiring flow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Experience in executive search.
