Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

The Senior Social Media Manager will lead the Group’s global social media presence, driving brand visibility and audience engagement across marketing, events and corporate communications. This senior role owns the full social media function from strategy through execution and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that supports business growth and brand objectives.
• Oversee social media calendars, content creation and campaign planning across all divisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse data and continuously optimise content and campaigns.
• Lead the social media team, set goals, provide coaching and ensure high‑quality output.
• Manage community interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media activities with product launches, events and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading social media functions in a corporate environment.
• Strong track record of building and scaling global social media presence.
• Excellent leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Ability to create engaging, on‑brand content and guide creative teams.
• Strong understanding of community management best practices.
