Senior Recruiter – Product Team

About the role

Scorewarrior is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Product team. You will focus on hiring talent for gameplay and monetisation development, working closely with game designers, developers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, product analysts and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for client/backend developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists and product analysts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and refine interview processes.
• Maintain ATS, Notion and other tracking systems with precision, and provide regular data reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers, ensure market‑aligned compensation, and support hiring managers with best‑practice training.

Required profile

• 4+ years of proven IT recruitment experience; gamedev recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication in English (B1+) and Russian (B2+), high attention to detail and ability to handle large information volumes.
• Result‑oriented, proactive, flexible and able to adapt to change.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.

Required skills

• Boolean and X‑ray search techniques.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Notion.
• Sourcing on LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow and other professional networks.
• Data collection and analysis for recruitment metrics.
