Senior Recruiter (Player Care)

About the role

Scorewarrior is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its Player Care department. Reporting to the Head of Player Care, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from market mapping and sourcing to offers and probation success, building a scalable selection system for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full hiring plan and pipeline for 24/7 operational roles and senior searches.
• Design and implement a selection machine: scorecards, structured interviews, work samples, and ATS workflow gates.
• Treat each closed role as a reusable kit and feed probation outcomes back into the assessment process.
• Proactively source candidates using Boolean and X‑ray techniques, LinkedIn, and gaming‑related communities.
• Build and maintain market maps, warm candidate pools, and a funnel dashboard with conversion metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers for weekly profile calibrations and provide data‑driven push‑back when needed.
• Present relocation offers honestly and close candidates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including volume hiring (10+ closures/year) and senior/niche searches.
• Demonstrated proactive sourcing skills.
• Strong command of funnel metrics such as pass‑through rates, time‑to‑fill, and source effectiveness.
• Experience creating and using structured interview scorecards and written notes.
• Ability to design selection processes with interviews, work samples, and tests.
• Fluent English and genuine interest in games.
