Senior Product Manager - Passenger Experience

About the role

inDrive is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the passenger's ride experience, from the moment the driver accepts the order until the passenger gets out of the car. The role shapes how passengers wait for and meet their driver, how they feel during the ride and how the trip ends, and it affects completed rides, cancellations, passenger trust and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ride experience end-to-end: waiting for pickup, meeting the driver, the ride itself and the end of the trip.
• Turn more matches into completed rides by finding and removing the reasons passengers and drivers cancel after agreeing on a ride.
• Improve ETA accuracy, driver tracking, pickup point clarity and passenger-driver communication so people find each other quickly and without stress.
• Build trust and safety into the ride with the safety team, developing in-ride features such as trip sharing, route monitoring and emergency tools.
• Own the end of the ride: trip summary, payment confirmation, ratings and feedback, and resolving post-trip issues such as disputes or lost items.
• Run A/B tests and iterate on waiting rules, notifications, communication tools and cancellation policies.
• Collaborate with driver product, safety, maps and geo, payments, customer support and data teams to keep the experience consistent for both sides of the ride.

Required profile

• 4+ years in consumer marketplaces, leading high-scale products, preferably in ride-hailing, delivery or platforms with offline operational components.
• Hands-on understanding of logistics (ETAs, geolocation, cancellations, support workflows) and two-sided marketplace incentives.
• Deep empathy for passenger anxieties, with a safety-first mindset.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Driver Experience, Maps, Safety, Payments and Support teams.
• Clear communication of complex trade-offs to technical teams and executives; business-fluent English (B2/C1+).
