Senior Product Designer (Ride-Hailing)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Ride‑Hailing team. You will tackle complex product challenges by deeply understanding users, applying strong product thinking, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and advocate for users, ensuring their goals and challenges shape the product lifecycle.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to uncover ride‑hailing problems and needs.
• Partner with product managers, analysts, researchers, and engineers to prioritize problems, define direction, and make data‑informed decisions.
• Use product metrics and user insights to formulate hypotheses, measure design impact, and iterate.
• Lead end‑to‑end design from problem definition through prototyping, validation, and final UI delivery.
• Design, test, and refine multiple solution concepts while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure high‑quality implementation and analyze A/B test results.
• Create polished, production‑ready designs, cover edge cases, and contribute to the design system.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably on mobile‑facing products.
• Strong experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills in English.
• Demonstrated discovery skills: problem framing, hypothesis generation, and solution validation.
