Senior Mobile App Engineer (Android)

About the role

Freedom Finance Technologies is looking for an experienced Android Engineer to join its fully remote mobile development team. You will help build and enhance brokerage and banking applications used by more than 700,000 users across 41 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to define and implement new features.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and write clean, reusable code.
• Implement automated tests and continuously monitor performance, stability and security.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best‑practice standards.
• Contribute to a positive, innovative team culture.

Required profile

• 4+ years of commercial experience in native Android development with Kotlin.
• Strong grasp of MVVM architecture, SOLID principles and Material Design guidelines.
• Proven ability to build complex, optimized UI and publish apps on Google Play.
• Independent, responsible and willing to complete a test assignment.
