Senior IT Operations Engineer

About the role

The Senior IT Operations Engineer will own the endpoint strategy and identity lifecycle for Finera, a PCI DSS v4.1‑regulated fintech company. You will lead automation, zero‑touch device deployment and compliance across a global workforce, with a clear path to team‑lead responsibilities within the first year.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full device lifecycle – procurement, provisioning, compliance enforcement and decommissioning for macOS and Windows fleets.
• Administer and optimise the Kandji MDM platform, creating custom profiles, automated deployments and compliance policies.
• Design and maintain identity lifecycle workflows integrating Google Workspace, SCIM provisioning and SSO/SAML configurations.
• Build automated provisioning and de‑provisioning processes using APIs, scripting and integration platforms.
• Lead infrastructure projects such as office build‑outs, network deployments, access‑control systems and cloud service integrations.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration or endpoint engineering.
• Current residence in Limassol, Cyprus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive automation and operational maturity.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with an enterprise MDM solution (Kandji, Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune).
• Identity management and SSO expertise – Google Workspace Admin, Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, SAML/SCIM integrations.
• Scripting and automation proficiency in Bash, Python or PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows endpoint management.
• Experience integrating AI tools into IT workflows.
