Senior Golang Developer – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to lead the development of complex backend features for our Enterprise Solutions unit. You will own the quality, performance and scalability of our Go codebase while mentoring the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of high‑performance, secure APIs and distributed systems.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Design, maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines.
• Handle critical incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and post‑mortems.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Go.
• Deep expertise in Go, performance tuning and distributed system design.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and knowledge of BigQuery is a plus.
