Senior Global E-com & Partnerships Marketing Manager

About the role

inDrive is seeking a visionary, metrics‑driven leader to own the global marketing strategy for its e‑commerce delivery vertical and to build high‑impact strategic partnerships worldwide. The role will transform the e‑com arm into a daily utility for millions of users, aligning marketing mix, acquisition, retention and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously refine a comprehensive global marketing strategy to scale the e‑commerce vertical across priority markets.
• Own the global marketing mix and funnel optimization to meet aggressive KPIs such as new‑user acquisition cost, volume, quality, monthly transactional customers, retention rate and average order value for both sellers and buyers.
• Lead end‑to‑end partner management globally, from validation and commercial modeling to MVP pilots and full‑scale marketing integrations.
• Design multi‑vertical campaigns that convert single‑product users into platform‑wide users, driving cross‑selling between ride‑hailing, e‑commerce and food services.
• Calculate, forecast and deliver measurable net revenue generated from marketing‑driven partner integrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketplace marketing experience with a strong track record in acquisition, retention and commercial impact.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross‑functional, multicultural teams within a complex matrix organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic budgeting, media planning and data‑driven marketing mix modeling.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a history of meeting strict growth targets.
