Senior Game Designer

About the role

As a Senior Game Designer you will shape the gameplay experience for the Talking Tom and Friends IP on mobile platforms. You will combine creative vision with data‑driven decisions to deliver fun, intuitive and monetizable games.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end game design process for Talking Tom and Friends titles.
• Collaborate with product, art and engineering leads to implement mechanics, monetisation systems and player progression.
• Maintain design quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analyze gameplay data, player feedback and market trends to inform design decisions.
• Champion accessible, engaging gameplay tailored to mobile devices.
• Present clear documentation and pitches to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, creative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Passion for mobile games, especially casual and hybrid‑casual genres.
• Deep understanding of game‑design principles, systems thinking and behavioral economics.
• Strong grasp of player behaviours and motivations across target audiences.
• Balance of creative intuition and analytical thinking.
• Ownership mindset and a positive, lead‑by‑example attitude.

Required skills

• Unity or other game engines.
• Live‑ops management.
• A/B testing experience.
• Game analytics tools.
