Senior FP&A Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Specialist to partner with our business units, driving financial insight and supporting strategic decisions across the company. In this role you will work closely with department heads on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring robust financial planning and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner for multiple departments, guiding initiatives from concept through budget approval to post‑launch review.
• Lead the annual budgeting process: collect, challenge, and consolidate departmental inputs into a complete company budget.
• Manage the monthly forecasting cycle, update outlooks, and flag deviations from the full‑year plan.
• Build and maintain long‑term financial models with a five‑year horizon, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare business cases for projects, calculating unit economics, ROI, payback periods and break‑even points.
• Define, track and report financial KPIs, explaining variances between plan and actuals in business terms.
• Produce management reports and presentations for leadership reviews, owning the numbers throughout.
• Reconcile financial data from multiple sources and drive automation of budgeting and self‑serve reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an FP&A specialist or finance business partner, with direct collaboration with non‑finance teams.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and long‑term financial modelling.
• Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
