Senior DevOps Security Engineer (DevSecOps)

About the role

HFM is looking for an enthusiastic Senior DevOps Security Engineer to embed security into our DevOps pipelines. You will work closely with development and engineering teams to automate and enforce security controls throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security measures in a DevOps environment, focusing on automation and integration.
• Configure and manage firewalls, access controls, encryption technologies (SSL/TLS, SSH, IPSec).
• Perform regular vulnerability scans, security assessments and support remediation.
• Monitor security systems, detect incidents and contribute to incident response.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed secure coding practices and compliance standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging security trends, tools and technologies.

Required profile

• Maximum 3 years of experience in DevOps security or IT security.
• Strong understanding of security technologies and standards (OWASP Top 10, PCI DSS).
• Experience with vulnerability scanners and penetration‑testing tools.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps principles, agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001.
• English resume and legal authorization to work in the job location.
