Senior Creative Designer – Performance Marketing (Static & Motion)

About the role

We are looking for a senior performance creative who will own and ship paid static and motion assets for Kraken Consumer and Krak. You will take concepts from idea through production, leveraging AI tools and platform‑specific expertise to create high‑impact ads across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid static creative for product launches, campaigns and always‑on activity across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X.
• Concept, cut and deliver performance video formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) that complement static assets.
• Produce AI‑generated and AI‑assisted imagery and video, deciding when AI is the fastest route to a great ad.
• Version and localize creative at scale for different languages, formats and regulatory requirements.
• Design creative for testing, interpret performance data and iterate on hooks and concepts.
• Partner with product marketing, compliance and regional teams to secure approvals while preserving creative intent.

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance creative at a high‑volume in‑house team or agency, preferably in fintech, crypto or other regulated sectors.
• Strong portfolio showing paid static work, full video cuts, AI‑generated pieces and data‑driven iterations.
• Deep understanding of platform‑native specs and instincts for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Hands‑on experience with structured creative testing and metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS.
• Comfort working within regulatory constraints and delivering copy that is clear, value‑first and jargon‑free.
