Senior Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our company in Limassol, Cyprus, who specialize in corporate, legal consultancy, administration and trust services. We look for a motivated, dedicated and responsible candidate who has solid knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial legal matters and can converse fluently in both Greek and English.

Key responsibilities

• Providing legal support to corporate administrators on various corporate matters, including drafting or amending corporate documents such as the memorandum and articles of association, minutes, resolutions and powers of attorney.
• Drafting, reviewing and commenting on corporate agreements such as share purchase agreements, subscription agreements, option agreements, loan agreements and shareholder agreements.
• Attending court, signing affidavits and obtaining court orders for corporate matters including incorporation, amendments, reduction of capital, late submissions, mergers and re‑domiciliation.
• Assisting with the establishment and management of trusts.
• Assisting with applications and dealings with public authorities to obtain Cyprus citizenship or residency for clients under the Cyprus Investment Program.
• Reviewing and advising on transaction structures and legal documents from a Cyprus law perspective.
• Providing legal advice on other legal, corporate and commercial matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Law and qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar corporate or commercial legal position, preferably in the ASP industry or a law firm.
• Excellent drafting, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Fluent in both Greek and English with strong communication abilities.
