Senior Consultant – Assistant Manager, Strategy & Transactions

About the role

Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions team in Limassol is seeking a dynamic professional to join as a Senior Consultant – Assistant Manager. You will work on high‑impact projects across corporate finance, M&A, valuation and restructuring, contributing to client success while developing your own expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and support projects such as valuations, mergers & acquisitions, buy‑sell side advisory, business plans, feasibility studies, cash flow forecasts, business reviews, due diligence and financial modelling.
• Develop financial and analytical models to support client decisions.
• Apply quality assurance, risk management and confidentiality procedures in all work performed.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree from a reputable university.
• Currently pursuing or willing to obtain ACA, ACCA or CFA qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional services organisation.
• Strong analytical, report writing and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
