Senior Concept Artist – Vehicles/Props (AAA Game)

About the role

We’re excited to launch a groundbreaking AAA game project – World of Tanks and are looking for a passionate, creative Senior Concept Designer – Vehicles / Props to join our talented team. Our studio fosters a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued and your contributions will directly impact the game’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative vehicle, skin, environment, character, and UI concepts that fit the game’s mechanics and player experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Producer and cross‑disciplinary teams such as Engineering and Animation to ensure alignment.
• Take full ownership of your work, iterating on designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Identify design challenges quickly and propose practical solutions during art reviews and pitches.
• Mentor junior concept artists and help improve workflow processes.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept art across various styles in the gaming industry.
• Proficiency with digital art tools, solid understanding of composition, colour theory and visual storytelling.
• Ability to generate original concepts while adhering to the project’s artistic direction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable style to meet different project requirements.
• Effective time‑management to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Passion for video games and understanding of how concept art enhances player immersion.
• English language proficiency at intermediate level or higher.
