Security Officer – Corporate & Event Protection

About the role

The Security Officer will safeguard Exness’s corporate environment in Limassol, protecting employees, customers, and company assets. You will join a dynamic security team handling patrols, access control, incident response, and event protection.

Key responsibilities

• Protect company assets, personnel, and premises to ensure overall safety and security.
• Conduct static and mobile patrols throughout the premises and assigned locations.
• Monitor CCTV systems and inspect vehicles and individuals entering secured areas.
• Maintain strict access‑control procedures and verify entry of authorized personnel.
• Operate basic security equipment, respond promptly to alarms, suspicious activities, and emergencies.
• Provide protection for employees and guests at corporate or private events.
• Prepare incident reports, maintain daily security logs, and coordinate with local law enforcement when required.
• Assist the Internal Security Department with ad‑hoc tasks and executive‑level assignments.
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as directed by the Supervisor.

Required profile

• Valid Security Guard License.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a security officer in corporate or hospitality settings.
• Experience in event protection, mobile patrol, or VIP escort.
• Excellent surveillance, observation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Completed First Aid and Fire Safety courses.
• Good physical condition and a valid driver’s license.
• High commitment, strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
