Rotational Analyst – Trading, Sales & Client Services

About the role

The iSAM Front Office Rotational Programme is a 12‑month graduate scheme offering exposure to core client‑facing functions across Trading, Sales and Client Services. Participants rotate every four months, gaining hands‑on experience in FX, CFD and market‑making activities while developing commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor risk across the firm’s internal estate and collaborate with Sales to onboard new clients.
• Engage with liquidity providers, stay updated on market developments and work with Risk, Quant and Development teams.
• Generate ideas to optimise hedging, client pricing and maintain high service standards.
• Prospect senior decision‑makers, qualify leads, deliver product demos and manage the sales pipeline.
• Assist clients with queries, monitor NOP and margin utilisation, and handle cash management tasks.
• Prepare client audit materials, KYC reviews and support platform demonstrations.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field with strong analytical abilities.
• Personable, commercially minded, resilient and proactive with a strategic problem‑solving approach.

• Python programming.
• KDB database knowledge.
• SQL querying.
