Retail Sales Assistant

About the role

Cartridge World Cyprus is seeking a confident, sales‑driven Retail Sales Assistant for its Pafos store. The role blends in‑store customer service with proactive phone and email outreach to generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including stock handling, order processing, customer service and POS transactions.
• Drive sales through in‑store interactions, outbound phone calls and email campaigns.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with follow‑up calls to both B2C and small‑business clients.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to exceed store targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in retail or telephone sales with measurable results.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and closing deals over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Available for full‑time (40 h/week) or part‑time schedules.
