Retail Sales Assistant (Full Time & Part Time)

About the role

Cartridge World Cyprus is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Assistant for its Pafos store. The role is available on a full‑time or part‑time basis and combines front‑of‑house customer service with proactive phone‑based selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including stock replenishment, order processing and POS transactions.
• Drive sales through in‑store assistance, outbound email and telephone outreach to B2C and small‑business customers.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure the store remains tidy and organized.

Required profile

• Demonstrated record of retail or telephone sales with measurable results.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and closing deals over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Availability for the stated schedule (Mon‑Fri 8:00‑18:00, Wed 8:00‑16:00) or flexible part‑time hours.
