Regulatory Compliance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead compliance activities across multiple licensed iGaming markets. The role involves managing licensing, regulatory reporting and ensuring that internal operations adhere to local gambling regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage licensing, renewals, regulatory reporting and regulator communications.
• Ensure internal operations remain compliant with local regulations.
• Conduct compliance audits and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Advise Marketing, Payments, Product and Operations teams on compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact.
• Review complex customer and regulatory complaints.

Required profile

• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience within online gambling.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑jurisdictional iGaming regulation.
• German GGL licensing experience is essential.
• Experience working directly with regulators is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and report‑writing skills.
